My first international client project: Converting medicalbazzarnepal.com into a modern, scalable Flutter app

The Challenge
Medical suppliers in Nepal struggled with disjointed inventory tracking and inefficient order management, leading to significant supply chain bottlenecks. Key issues included:
- Offline and manual inventory tracking that resulted in frequent stock discrepancies.
- Difficulty for remote clinics to find specific medical supplies quickly.
- Lack of a transparent, secure platform for B2B transactions between manufacturers and retailers.
The Solution
I built a comprehensive multi-vendor marketplace app that serves as a digital backbone for the industry:
- Centralized Inventory Management: Developed a unified dashboard allowing vendors to manage stock levels in real-time, preventing overselling.
- Advanced Search & Filtering: Implemented a category-based search engine that lets clinics filter thousands of products by brand, type, or price instantly.
- Secure B2B Transactions: Integrated secure payment gateways and order tracking, digitizing the entire procurement process from order placement to delivery.
